I, the undersigned Proxy subscriber, being a Member of the Adelphic Cornell Educational Fund, and entitled to vote at the Annual General Meetings, hereby appoint Steven D. Ritchey or failing him, James Thomas Chirurg as my proxy to vote on my behalf for the annual Election of Trustees and, on any and all other matters that may come before the meeting of the Adelphic Cornell Educational fund to be held in Ithaca, New York on the 24th day of September 2016 and at any adjournment of that meeting.
