Academic Awards - Applications Due

Registration

  • CU Undergraduate Members of the ADPhi
  • Register with your intent to apply for the Award based on last semester's academic performance and status in good standing with the chapter.

Registration is closed
Academic Awards - Applications are usually due 2 weeks before ACEF Board Meeting.  Due to the earlier than usual timing of the meeting, applications will be considered timely up to 10/15, but are best delivered a week in advance of the meeting.> Applications By Mail or Email, for
Review and Approval by ACEF Board.

Applications are Now Due for the ACEF Academic Awards.  This Fall, applications received less than 1 week before the Fall Board meeting are late and may not be considered for an award (Meetings are usually held at Spring Initiation or Fall Homecoming as appropriate).

These awards are available to Cornell University Undergraduate Brothers of the Alpha Delta Phi, living in the chapter house who met the requirements of their college for the Dean's List and who took at least 13 credit hours in that semester.

Applications require:
A)  An original "Hard" copy of the applicants CU transcript and an independent verification of living in the house during the subject semester from either 1) a senior house officer and/or 2) an officer of the ADPhi Inc Alumni Organization.
B) Verification from the undergraduate Treasurer and/or President or an officer of the ADPhi Inc Alumni Organization that the undergraduate is "In Good Standing" financially and ethically with the Chapter.

Applications should be completed and sent:
Electronically to: Scholarship@AdelphicFund.org  
. Please retain an original of your Transcript, it may be delivered to us at teh Friday Meeting. Request a confirmation of receipt.
or
By Regular Mail to: Ron Schaefer, ACEF Treasurer, P.O. Box 5376, Plainfield, NJ  07061 - Allow adequate time for the mail to arrive before the due date.  Retain a copy.
Howie Schaffer has requested that the undergraduates handle submissions without using him as the intermediary.
